If you love wine and started to collect your favourite ones, you will surely need proper storage to preserve the quality of your wine for maximum enjoyment.
The kitchen refrigerator in your home is usually set too cold for most wines, but more importantly, the temperature fluctuates every time it is opened. Wine requires a constant temperature to maintain its flavours, and keeping it in poor conditions can cause chemical reactions that spoil the taste.
At NOVITA, we can help you preserve your wine with our range of wine coolers. Now you can enjoy wine at its best every time you open the bottle.

Why do I need a NOVITA Wine Cooler?
Storing wine is important because just like food, wine
is perishable. Therefore, proper wine storage will help to ensure that the expensive French Bordeaux you were given as a gift will not turn to vinegar by the time you open it.
Wines taste best when served at the right temperature, from 7°C for non vintage sparkling wine, to 18°C for vintage port. Different types of wines need to be served at different temperatures. Thus, wine coolers also serve the purpose of chilling your wine to the right temperature.

NOVITA Wine Cooler provides an atmosphere with minimal temperature fluctuations and operates with no vibration, in order to preserve the taste of your wines, ensuring its flavours to remain just as you bought it.
Furthermore, NOVITA Wine Cooler has a touch screen control panel for easy usage and operates quietly for little disturbance. At NOVITA, we also try to help you reduce your electricity bills with our energy efficient Wine Coolers.

Storing & serving wine
Tips on storing wine:
Ideal temperature for storage of red wines is between 14-18°C (57-65°F).
Ideal temperature for storage of white wines is between 9-14°C (49-57°F).
More expensive, higher quality wines should generally be served at the warmer (but still cool) temperatures, to allow the flavours to show.
Less expensive wines generally need to be served at lower temperatures.
